Acolyte Program

John 8:12 “I am the light of the world”

Fourth and Fifth grade students at PRCC can participate in worship through service as acolytes. Our acolytes participate in the 10:00 AM worship service by lighting the Altar candles. In worship, the flame is a symbol of the presence of Christ.

A one time acolyte training class is held twice a year. Any fourth or fifth grade students interested in becoming acolytes should contact Carol Longman.
