VBS - Make it Real

This summer at PRCC make the connection with God to your everyday life. Learn new skills and discover how you can use God’s gifts to serve others. Class leaders will share their faith and model how they live as Christians daily in evrything they do.   Each class is independent. Times, dates and costs will vary.  You can sign up for one or all classes. Registration begins in late March.

Classes will be offered for  ages 7 -14 in the following areas:
 
Sewing, Cooking, Canoeing, Tennis, Basketball, Painting, Gardening
 
 
 

 

Families of all ages are welcome to to also attend the following summer activities:

I Will Make You Fishers of Men

Listen to some Bible stories that involve fish before we visit the Wildwood nature center and try our hand at fishing. July 14th 1pm. Cost: Free

Two by Two

We’ll read about some critters in the Bible: think Noah’s Ark and Daniel and Lion’s Den. We'll also enjoy a picnic lunch while on a group field trip to Brookfield Zoo.  July 19th. Cost: Admission to the zoo and parking. Please bring a lunch.

Family Camp

This is a time for the entire family to get away from the distractions of everyday life.  This year, we'll be traveling to Tower Hill Camp on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.  PRCC family groups will stay in either cabins with individual bedrooms and a central living area or the more rustic tent camping area.Tower Hill camp offers Lake Michigan beach access, forest and dune hiking, volleyball and soccer fields.  We'll roast marshmallows, sing and conclude with an outdoor chapel service on Sunday.
