Mission

The Medical Lending Closet is a service ministry of Park Ridge Community Church which provides medical equipment on a no charge, short term basis to those living in Maine Township and the surrounding community. Equipment is loaned for up to three months (with the possibility of an extension). Loans are not meant to be permanent arrangements.

Wheelchairs (A $50 deposit is required at time of wheel chair pick up. This deposit is returned when wheelchair is returned in good condition.)

How and When to Contact Us

The Medical Lending Closet is open weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 9:30a.m. to noon in the church. If you need any of the medical items we have available, please call the church office at 847-823-3164, and ask to be connected with the Medical Lending Closet. With advance planning, special arrangements may be made to pick up equipment at another time.

When coming to pick up equipment, please park in the lot at the south end of the church. As you leave the parking lot, you will see a door immediately across from the lot. There is a door bell which rings in the Medical Lending Closet office. Simply ring that bell and someone will be with you shortly. To make loading easier, you may pull your car into the space adjacent to the aforementioned door when you make a pick up or return.

Receipt and Release Form - This is the letter borrowers are asked to sign when picking up equipment.
