We have an ongoing commitment to the Lincoln Park Community Shelter to prepare and serve meals on the first Thursday of each month. We prepare the food on the Wednesday prior to the meal and then gather in groups of 4-10 to serve the food on Thursday evenings.

Last year, the Lincoln Park Community Shelter provided safe, structured, interim housing and two nutritious meals per day to over 260 guests. The Interim Housing Program serves up to 35 guests each night year-round. In addition to meals and safe living space, the Interim Housing Program provides storage space, showers, and laundry facilities for guests. The average length of stay is seven weeks, although there is no time limit as long as guests are making progress toward their goals.
