Youth Covenant
It is the expectation of every member of the Park Ridge Community Church Youth Group, including youth and leaders, to treat each other with respect. Our goal is to have a safe environment in which we can explore our faith, have fellowship together, and participate in activities and outreach in the community.
We understand that respecting eachother means adhering to the guidelines listed below:

Honesty

Listening to each other

Turning off cell phones (leaving them at home for youth activities)

Participating fully

Not swearing (includes using the Lord’s name in vain)

Showing up on time

Respecting physical boundaries

Refraining from put-downs
-
Refraining from sarcasm
-
Not bringing or using any electronic device
We have agreed that the consequences for not following through with these expectations will include a sincere apology to the group and, in the case of put-downs, having to say three nice things about the other person. If the guidelines continue to be ignored, the next step will be a private consultation with parents.
