Who Are Youth Leaders?
-High School-age youth, elected by their peers
-Invested in the health of the youth ministry during and after their time at PRCC
-Seeking to deepen their faith and their commitment to living it out through service
-Supportive of all youth as they explore their own faith and what it means to be a disciple
-Joyful about taking on leadership roles during Sunday mornings and evenings

What Do Youth Leaders Do?
Youth Leaders attend monthly leadership meetings to plan programming and events.  Youth leaders also serve the church on Sunday mornings, through small-group ministries, and by "shepherding" other youth.  Youth Leaders engage in service outside the church as well, providing leadership for all-youth service projects as well as participating in a special Youth Leader project.  Finally, in order to grow as leaders, Youth Leaders meet regularly with the Youth Minister to discuss in-depth the joys and challenges of their lives as well as their personal spiritual growth.

Who Is the Youth President?
The Youth President is a Youth Leader who wishes not only to make an even greater impact on the church and the world but also to provide guidance and support to other Youth Leaders.  The Youth President also serves as a Youth Deacon, assisting with Communion as well as Baptisms on Sunday mornings.

When Are Youth Leaders Elected?
At the end of each year, the youth in each group nominate and vote on peers to be part of a youth leadership team. The youth leadership team is made up of at least two youth from each grade level.

Elections are typically held during the End-of-Year Barbecue.  Please check the online calendar for the current youth group schedule.
