Pumpkin Patch

The Pumpkin Patch is an annual youth event that takes place mid-October through October 31st and is located on the lawn of the Church. A truckload of pumpkins, gourds, and ornamental corn are delivered to the lawn of the Church and the entire congregation helps to unload them. The items that are sold are raised on a 1,200 acre Navajo farm in New Mexico, providing much needed jobs and income for the reservation. Look for more information regarding the patch on this site as the fall approaches. If you have immediate questions, please contact the church office at 847.823.3164.
Proceeds from the patch go to benefit the Navajo reservation as well as the PRCC Youth Ministry Fund – which supports various area outreach programs, youth events, and mission trips for our Church youth.
We had another amazing year in 2011 and cannot wait to come back with some more pumpkins in 2012! Check back closer to October 2012 for more details.
