The Pumpkin Patch is Sold Out!     A huge THANK YOU to all our neighbors who showed up to buy their pumpkins and other goodies.

Kudos to the Youth committee and the many volunteers, young & old, who helped make this year's patch a great success.

Each year, the Youth Group and Youth Committee along with other groups in the church embark on our largest fundraiser, the Youth Pumpkin Patch. The proceeds from this fundraiser support our youth programs, the summer mission trip, and the designated charities chosen by the high school youth.

The Pumpkin Patch opens on Saturday, October 12th. The patch will be in operation throughout the month, six days a week, until the supply of pumpkins is sold out.


The Patch provides great fun for families and kids of all ages. There will be thousands of pumpkins, a variety of gourds and squash. live music on the weekends, homemade baked goods and dusk movie showings on the following Friday and Saturday evenings:

2019 Youth Selected Charity - Les Turner ALS Foundation

The Les Turner ALS Foundation exists to care for those affected by the disease, answer their questions, support them and their loved ones and provide hope through scientific research. 

ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) is a rapidly progressive, neuromuscular disease that causes muscle weakness in the arms and legs and causes difficulty speaking and swallowing. To find out more information on the Foundation's mission and their great work click here.


Their largest fundraiser, the ALS Walk for Life is being held in downtown Chicago on Sunday Sept. 15, 2019, for more information 

Volunteering & Key Patch Dates


Volunteers are needed throughout a six week period for the many tasks associated this event. Many hands make for light workI! It takes the dedication of the volunteer workers to make this fundraiser a success: It takes many man-hours for setting up of the patch, unloading and stocking, and manning the Patch on sales days...

Consider being a Patch Sponsor. Your family or business can support the Patch by contributing at one of our sponsor levels or in another amount you are comfortable with:

Gold Pumpkin         $100 donation & greater

Silver Pumpkin          $50 donation

Bronze Pumpkin        $25 donation

Sponsors Names will be prominently displayed on our Sponsorship Board (if you so choose) located at the main entrance to the Patch. You can also help underwrite supplies and infrastructure.

Donations of Baked Goods


Calling all bakers...We are looking for donations of baked goods for the patch.  Donations of all baked goods are welcome; smaller items such as cookies, Rice Krispy treats, etc., should be pre-packaged in amounts that would sell for $1.00.
